CONDITIONS» Payments can be done through Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp.» In the commercial sense, I retain full copyright over any pieces I am commissioned for. The exception is if an agreement had been discussed prior between the client and I. In that case, it will need to be agreed upon.
» The above means that I can sell art I make for you as prints or other products. However, I do not retain rights to your characters. If you wish to opt out of this, please let me know prior to commissioning me. Do not resell or create any merchandise of my art without strict permission from me.» If I catch wind of you doing anything NFT related from my artwork, you'll be permanently put on a blacklist and a beware will be made about you. This truly means anything including anything blockchain related such as nfts, cryptocurrency, or anything that might crop up in the future. This applies to both public and private websites, domains, and spaces.» I am only human. I will do my best to get your commission to you in a timely manner. However, I have various sources of chronic pain. If I have to take an extended break, I will let you know prior to it.» If I fail to complete your commission due to taking an extended amount of time to finish it, you may request a partial refund (i.e. receiving about 50% if I've completed line art) and whatever I have of your commission. I will only refuse a refund if I'm practically almost finished with your commission.» You do not have permission to modify my artwork after you receive it without my explicit permission/knowledge. Edits should be requested at the sketch stage and must be reasonable. Initial sketches are given in lower quality to ensure I don't get scammed for several complete sketches. Likewise, extensive edits past the sketch stage may require additional fees due to the work to complete them. Said fees will be discussed prior to being sent.» The above also applies to closed species. I'm not obligated to make fixes for any edited designs.» I refuse to copy designs of existing characters/creatures along with other artists' styles. The former would be considered theft and, not to mention, incredibly rude. For the latter, please just go commission the other person.» I have the right to refuse service and/or a refund depending on your conduct. Examples that'd cause this would be blatant harassment of me, defiling my character, and/or treating me like a machine. I will give a warning if you're starting to toe the line or outright crossing it.» If you have poor conduct towards me after we've concluded our business, I may limit your access to your commission. This entails me hiding the piece on Toyhou.se/DeviantART. You may still have your copy through DMs and such but it will be made private on my end.

CONDUCT» Please do not rush me. I will give updates and estimates when I can but I assure you, I will get to your commission in a timely manner unless something happens.» Please do not get weirdly flirty, sexual, or (playfully) aggressive with me if I do not know you. I'm sorry but I am doing a service for you, I am not automatically your friend. Do not treat me as such.» Any queerphobia or transphobia towards me will result in an immediate block. You will not get a refund if I've already received payment but I will give you what I have before blocking you permanently. This does not include things like one-time misgenders.

Instructions

STEPS
1. Please decide what commission type you want and the character(s) you want for it.
2. Fill out and send me the order form to the right on your chosen platform.
3. When I get your form, I will ask questions for clarity and any possible adjustments for me to accept your commission.
4. If I accept your commission, I will give you a rough sketch for approval. After that, I require payment in full in the form of an invoice.
5. Wait for your commission! Wait time varies depending on commission type but I try to keep it within a week of starting it.
